Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the KosWebDev website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
KosWebDev provides web development, SaaS product development, UX/UI design, and product strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and agreements.
Client Portal
Access to the client portal is provided to active clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and designs created for their project. KosWebDev retains the right to use general techniques and non-proprietary components. Third-party libraries retain their original licenses.
Payment Terms
We use milestone-based billing. Payment is due upon completion of each agreed milestone. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
KosWebDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
